Lounge-dining room with wood burning stove & ceiling fan, patio doors leading to the rear garden & shaded terrace with exterior granite table with views of the mountains.

Double bedroom with mezzanine, kitchen, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven. Bathroom with shower, toilet & basin. Air conditioning (hot & cold) provided in the bedroom.

Solar heated swimming pool with 5m x 10m circular sundeck, gazebo with granite table & seating. Bathroom with shower, toilet & basin. Solarium storage house.
